officer and was sentenced to 3 months in jail. In case No. S-91-240 the defendant was convicted of attempt to commit theft
by deception and was sentenced to 6 months in jail, the sentences to run concurrently. In three other cases the defendant was acquitted of three charges of theft by deception.
